Client Service Agreement
By booking or signing below, you agree to the terms and policies of Town Home Cleaning LLC
Our goal is to provide high-quality, reliable cleaning while protecting both you and our team.
1. Appointments
- Start Times: Morning cleanings begin at 9:00 AM. All others have a 2 hour arrival window.
- Preparation: Please remove clutter, dishes, laundry, and personal items from surfaces before we arrive.
- Access: Make sure we can enter the property and that water, power and A/C or heat are on.
- Pets: Let us know ahead of time if you have pets and secure them during service.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 48 hours notice for any changes to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or lockouts are charged the full service fee.
- Services can’t be performed if pests, biohazards (urine, feces, blood, etc.), or unsafe conditions are present. In those cases, the full fee still applies.
- One-time and initial cleanings require a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking.
3. Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all services.
- An authorization hold is placed one day before your appointment.
- The final payment is processed on the day of service after completion
- Unpaid balances may incur late fees and collection costs as allowed under Florida law.
4. Service Limitations
For health and safety reasons, we cannot clean if:
❌ Animals are aggressive or not secured
❌ There are visible pests or infestations
❌ There are biohazards (blood, feces, urine, etc.)
❌ Utilities (water, power, A/C or heat ) are off
❌ There is excessive clutter or unsafe conditions
If we arrive and these conditions are found, the full service fee will be charged.
5. Damage & Liability
We handle your home and belongings with care, but accidents can happen.
- Coverage: We carry general liability insurance as required by Florida law.
- Minor Damage: We’ll repair or replace items only if damage is caused by our proven negligence and reported within 48 hours of service.
- Value Limit: For fragile or small items, our responsibility is limited to $250 or actual cash value, whichever is less.
- Not Covered:
- Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
- Unstable fixtures or items not properly secured
- Unsealed marble, wood, or specialty surfaces
- Items are already in poor condition
- Please secure valuables such as jewelry, cash, and collectibles before your cleaning.
6. Photo Authorization & Privacy
We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing.
Photos will never include personal details, documents, or valuables. By signing, you give Town Home Cleaning permission to use these images for training or marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.).
You can withdraw consent anytime by sending written notice to
services@townhomecleaning.com
7. Non-Solicitation Policy
Clients agree not to hire, solicit, or directly contract any cleaning professional introduced by Town Home Cleaning without our written approval.
If a client chooses to work directly with one of our professional cleaners within 12 months of their last service, a $1,000 or 25% referral fee (whichever is greater) will apply before services begin.
This protects the time, effort, and resources invested in carefully selecting and coordinating qualified, trusted and reliable cleaning professionals..

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida, where Town Home Cleaning LLC is based.
