A little prep goes a long way. Here’s how to make the most of your appointment:
- Tidy up the small stuff.
We’ll handle the cleaning magic, but it helps to clear away piles of clothes, mail, or toys first. Think of it like prepping your home for a mini makeover, less clutter means more shine. - Move what matters.
If you’d like us to clean under or behind heavy furniture, please move it ahead of time. (Our team’s strong, but we like to keep their backs happy!) - Secure your furry friends.
We love pets, but vacuums and tail wags don’t always mix. A quiet spot for them to hang out keeps everyone calm and safe. - Double-check your service.
Booked a standard clean but really need a deep scrub or move-out refresh? Let’s make sure you’ve chosen the right service before the team arrives so we can schedule enough time and give you the best results. - Take care of the basics.
Please take out any extra trash and flush toilets before we arrive. We’re happy to remove up to two large bags; anything beyond that is best handled ahead of time. - Fresh sheets ready?
If you’d like us to change your linens, leave the clean set out in a visible spot. Easy as that.
During Your Cleaning
Once we arrive, you can fully exhale we’ve got it from here.
Our team is friendly, background-checked, and trained to make your home sparkle. You’re welcome to stay in while we clean, or head out to the beach, grab a cafecito, or run errands. Either way, your home will be spotless when you return.
A quick heads-up: if other contractors or vendors are working in your home, we may need to reschedule. It’s hard to deep clean around a plumber or painter in mid-project!
Have a last-minute request? Just call or text our office we’ll gladly coordinate for you. (It helps keep your pricing and our schedule on track.)
After Your Cleaning
When the last counter sparkles and your floors look brand new, we’ll follow up to see how everything went. Your feedback helps us make every visit even better.
If something didn’t quite meet your expectations, no worries just reach out within 48 hours, and we’ll happily come back to make it right. We stand behind every clean we deliver.
Need to adjust your future services? Maybe switch to bi-weekly instead of monthly? We can update your plan anytime with no fuss.
And of course, if anything ever gets damaged (though it’s rare), we’ll work with you to repair or replace it per our policy.
