Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of the home, as well as the type of service requested. Most cleanings take between 2.5 and 4 hours for regular service and a bit longer for deep cleaning.

Morning appointments start at 9:00 AM. Afternoon cleanings have a 2-hour arrival window to allow flexibility for traffic and prior appointments.

Yes. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or lockouts are charged the full service fee.

If we cannot clean due to pests, biohazards, unsafe conditions, or lack of utilities, the full service fee still applies for the reserved time.

You can pay for your cleaning service directly through our website when you book. We provide an instant quote, so you’ll see your price and complete your booking in just a few minutes.

For safety and security reasons, we don’t accept cash or apps like Zelle. All payments are made online using a secure system that protects your information.

To confirm your appointment, we place a temporary hold on your card about 24 hours before your cleaning. This isn’t a charge it just makes sure the card is valid, similar to how hotels or rental cars work.

An authorization hold is placed the day before your appointment, and the final payment is processed on the day of service.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system. Cash and checks are not accepted for security reasons.

Yes. Unpaid balances may incur late fees or collection costs as permitted under Florida law.

Tipping is never required but always appreciated for exceptional service. Most clients leave 10–15% as a thank-you.

We handle every home with care, but in the rare case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours. We carry full liability insurance and will review each situation promptly.

We do not clean areas with pests, biohazards, or unsafe conditions. We also avoid handling valuables, unsealed surfaces, or fragile items that may break easily.

We love pets. However, for everyone’s safety, please secure them in another room or outside during the cleaning visit.
